The reason, of course, that the original post from Stu works is that at step #3, the answer is always 9. |

Ha! Ha! You know, I could say that I subtracted them by mistake, but that's not even correct! I did it on paper first and then actually typed it in again to post it here! I didn't have my coffee today. Does it show? Of course it works. Very clever. If I was a little more alert, I'd try to figure out how it works but, after what I just did, I think I should just leave it well enough alone! |

Howie, that didn't even come close to working for me: 3x2=6 6+5=11 11x50=550 550+1752=1302 1302-1970=<568> My original answer was 3 and I'm nowhere near 68 years old. Oh well. |

Stu, Try this: Out for Dinner MATHEMATICS DON'T CHEAT BY SCROLLING DOWN FIRST It takes less than a minute....... Work this out as you read. Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked it out! 1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to have dinner out. (try for more than once but less than 10) 2. Multiply this number by 2 (Just to be bold) 3. Add 5. 4. Multiply it by 50 - I'll wait while you get the calculator................ 5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1752.... If you haven't, add 1751.......... 6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born. You should have a three digit number .... The first digit of this was your original number I.e., how many times you want to have eat out each week.) The next two numbers are........ YOUR AGE! (Oh YES, it IS!!!!!) THIS IS THE ONLY YEAR (2002) IT WILL EVER WORK, SO SPREAD IT AROUND WHILE IT LASTS. IMPRESSIVE, ISN'T IT? |

No I dont run it without the airbox, I took these pictures after the rebuild last winter prior to starting it for the first time. I had to take some shots while everything looked so clean. The PO removed all the smog and converted it to the single distributor. It also has 76-77 style US exhaust and muffler cover instead of the large louvered original one like yours. |

Nice, Do you run your car without the airbox? It's weird to see an engine without emissions equipment on it. Look at mine. My color looks a lot like yours. M

Wow, your right Matt, twins. The interior is the same with the exception of the door pockets with lids to keep things from blowing out the open roof. I dont have a digital camera so this is the best I can offer for the interior color. |

I thought your's was red for some reason. Mine is originally grigo ferro, metallic. Its a charcoal grey sort of. The PO repainted it a lighter shade. I want to repaint it but dont know if I should go original or not. Mines has red seats and door panels on black. |

Just call it a gut feeling greaseball but I think rob will most likely make it a goal of his to block you from this site. That means you will have to re-invent yourself again. |

I was thinking of an Iguana living in Djibouti surrounded by Apricots but then again, I have always looked at the world a bit differently than most. |

Ask the following questions... 1) Think of a number from 1 to 10 2) Multiply that number by 9 3) If the number is a 2-digit number, add the digits together 4) Now subtract 5 5) Determine which letter in the alphabet corresponds to the number you ended up with (example: 1=a, 2=b, 3=c,etc.) 6) Think of a country that starts with that letter 7) Remember the last letter of the name of that country 8) Think of the name of an animal that starts with that letter 9) Remember the last letter in the name of that animal 10) Think of the name of a fruit that starts with that letter Ask them; How many of you are thinking of a Kangaroo in Denmark eating an Orange?
