Yep today is his birthday. He is a ripe 247 years old! I got a great program of music planned in my room I got 125 CD's of Mozart alone hah! Not kidding either! I got about 600 classical music CDs...could probably sell it and put a good down payment on a Ferrari but I would never do that |

Happy Birthday Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. I'll just set my radio to a classical station today, I forgot to bring my CD's with me to work. |

Now that I got the cd out here's one of my favorites. Symphony No. 41 in C major Allegro vivace The mood of it switches back and fourth from a heavy seriousness to a very light soothing sound. Whatever that meant!I love it though. |

It is scientifically proven that if you listen to mozart while studying, you will retain more of what you study. This is how i managed to get a 3 on the ap test for euro history knowing only ~10% of the material 2 days before the test and studying for 1 day. William- happy bday, exactly which half do you have? it isnt very clear...lmao. |

Jordan, that's awesome that you have such a rich appreciation for him and his contribution to music. Most certainly, i'll play something of his, tomorrow- i have a disc in the car, somewhere with some burned classics. Happy Birthday, Mo... |

Well...Monday the 27th is Mozarts birthday! He will be 247 years old! Hurray! Im pretty bored so Im trying to start this whole big thing...so if you guys could do me this one favor... To honor Mozarts genious contributions to music, could everyone here dig out a CD or something of Mozart and just give it a quick listen for a tiny bit on Monday? If you dont have any CD's go to http://www.classicalarchives.com/mozart.html scroll around and play a few random midi files Im going to see how many people I can get to do this and try and double it next year Thanks everybody! |
