Jere, that's not a palindrome, that's a coincidence =) "Words, sentences, or numbers that read the same way backwards as forwards are called palindromes." |

Words, sentences, or numbers that read the same way backwards as forwards are called palindromes. Examples: 1881 racecar but the best one is (big drum roll) Ma nixes sex in AM. |

Is it true that most bottled water will cost the manufacture about 2-3 cents per 12 oz? 1.5 cents for the water, and 1.5 for the plastic. I think soda runs about 7 cents. What a rip! |

I used to price gasoline for 7-11 for the NE Coast and all of Texas and whenever anyone would complain about a price increase we would always use examples like that....bottled water, fingernail polish, cough syrup etc. Of course you don't use 25 gallons of cough syrup a week.... |

the best is some of the bottled water is acutally municipal water and not spring - desani (coke) and if forget the pepsi version - talk about leveraging your distribution and brand name - the profit on that stuff must be huge!!! |

LOL! Yea, the earth is 70 percent water...some bright guys thought about bottling it up and selling it. Now they are rich! I wish I would have thought of that! But remember...its bottled at the source...and that makes all the difference...bs The thing that scares me is some of the chemicals they put in the water...some wattle bottle labels have lots of weird stuff in there that for some reason, sounds like it should be |

I would bet that one of you has already noticed this and possibly posted it but just in case you haven't. I was thinking about the cost of different things and saw how much more Evian water is than oil or gas?? Did you also notice that Evian spelled backward is NAIVE???? Have a good day. |
