Hey you guys got to feel the fun we have here in Cali. We didn't want to hog all the fun so we sent you guys a lil sample. We only sent you the "wake you up in the middle of the night" version, cause you would have freeked too much if we sent you the "broad daylight" version. What really trips you out is when your driving and you think something is wrong with your car, cause it feels like your running over nothing but potholes, then are realived that it was , only, an earthquake. | ||

I cannot believe it! Here I am, out on location from LA for a film in Alabama, and we have an earthquake HERE four days before I fly back to LA. Like Charles, I knew exactly what it was (I went through the Northridge quake and many others), but I just couldn't believe one could happen in Alabama. It wasn't until I heard some locals talking about it this morning that I realized it really was - and pretty high on the richter scale too! I woke up as soon as it started and rode it out - it never got too bad, but enough to make you uneasy. Unlike LA, I didn't feel any aftershocks. | ||

I'm in Savannah and we didn't feel it at all, I think I was up at 5:30 at least. Its been a very bad week of sleep. | ||

Quakes in Georgia? Thats just weird. Well LA is due for the "big one" in 2009 according to the bible code...not that I really believe in it or am super religious...but Id rather be safe than sorry and be prepared for it! | ||

I thought I was having a bad dream at the time! That was my first earthquake! It really freaked me out, I had no clue what to think! I'm glad that the damage is minimal near the epicenter, and I am happy no one was injured. | ||

We felt it here in Woodstock too! The damn thing shook my wife and I out of bed this morning. I knew what it was right away because I lived in LA for years and experienced several. In fact I was living in a small condo when the 7.0 quake happended in Whittier a few years back. I remember having to stay with my sister while they fixed the damage to the place. I thought I got away from all that when I moved here. I guess not! | ||

I just want to make sure that our Ferrari chat brothers and sisters are alright in AL and GA. We had an earthquake this morning at 5:12am!!! It shook me out of bed! Some things fell off the walls here, it was one of the strangest feelings I have ever had. I hope everyone and the cars are OK. |
