Overall I like the 350Z, but there are a couple of design features which bug me. The back end just doesn't do it for me when viewing from behind. The molding looks goofy. Up front the vertical reflectors or whatever are too wierd. Other than that, the only problem is they are showing up everywhere on the streets of Houston. First the Boxster, next the Z3, then the Hummer, now everyone fancies themselves in a 350Z. |

350Z conv't is cool.. I think it will look cooler in person. I wouldn't get rid of a 348 for a car that will be a dime a dozen in the next few years.
That reminds me, on the way home last night in I4, I saw a silver 350Z with a front spoiler kit and what looked like 20' rims.. Looked real nice. |

I've been going thru a similiar thought process Philip. I chose to buy a new conv. (S2k) now and my first Ferrari will be my next goal. It's not an easy choice,however for me having a Ferrari is not something I need to think about, I know that is what I want, it's just a matter of getting it at the right time. I wouldn't get rid of the 348 for a 350 but it is a personal decision you have to make. |

I hate to say it, but I've wanted a 350 for so long.....wife says can't have it in addition to the 348....I've toyed with getting rid of hte 348!!! I know it sounds crazy, but the 350 is just as fast....although I love the "ferrari thing", geez it be nice to have a fast cool car, that I didn't worry about miles or fixing little "problems" all the time........AM I CRAZY? |

The 350Z is a blast to drive, feels very solid around twisties. Plenty fast, but Japanese cars are so easy to make faster that it can basically be as fast as you want it to be.

What's it drive like? Anyone take a test drive in the coupe?
Basicly 300 hp for $30k with 3 year warrenty, how can you go wrong? Looks like a 911 but sleeker, which has always been my problem with P-cars. I Don't like the new RX8, which is like 911 too tall to be sexy. |
