I know of no law preventing the use. I used to use one and got pulled over a few years back. The cop just made note of the radar on the ticket but no infraction for the radar detector. It should be fine. Good luck.

This is a quick question about the legality of using radar detectors in the state of Washington.

I am having a V1 sent to my cousin in Seattle and have asked him to make sure the V1 works before sending it to me in Hong Kong.

Just need to know if it's legal to use in Seattle. Thanks!
