Hey Ryan, I'd love to talk to him or put him in touch with my cousin...I'm assuming by CRE you mean commercial real estate, not creative real estate which is a buzzword of small-time real estate investors around here. Email me at [email protected], since the PM's don't work for people with hotmail emails.

Thanks,
John

In the Bay Area they are REAL hungry.

A friend of mine is one and he has been hurting for quite some time even though he was raking it in before. With occupancy rates they are right now it's definitely a difficult time for them.

Then again, my friend is not very good at it. I spoke to him looking for warehouse space and he has yet to pull through for me.

Cheers

Hi, I'm just curious, you always hear about residential real estate agents and how they do, etc...what is it like to be a commercial real estate broker? Anyone have any experience, do they generally make more than residential brokers? I would think so because of the huge prices, but I don't know what the commision is like on something on that...anyone know anything about this career and what they make? Im not considering it for me, but my cousin Jeff is and I thought I'd check in here, also, I've alwyas been a little curious about the career since I'm into real estate and I hear a lot about residential agents but never commercial...
