I think I already did this morning after visiting the FCAHillCountry website. Are you the one and the same David?

They are held on the 4th Saturday of each month, at various locations. Send me an email at "[email protected]" and I will put you on my email list announcing a wide variety of regional events.

RE: "Tifosi". As I undestand it, it's an Italian word to describe a group of fans that are deeply passionate about their team.

It was a very refreshing event with lots of tifosi in attendance. SWs exhaust sounds nasty and as Dave said--I've got to get one!

What is a Tifosi anyway?

It was a GREAT event--and we will return there!

Here's a picture of just some of the cars present: 550s, Euro 308, 308 Fiberglass, 355 GTB, 355 Spider, 275 GTS, 348, etc. Thanks to all who attended!

Darnit, missed it! I'll catch up with you guys next month.

I'll be posting info on a mini-meet for 1) car prep day before MSR and also 2) driver prep evening for MSR (with some instructors who are familiar with the track, with video clips, maps, etc.).

A great turnout. At my count there were 14 F cars there. It was great meeting everyone yesterday. Dave, excellent choice. We ought to have a return visit for sure.

we'll have our next 4th Saturday Breakfast this coming Saturday, 8/24, at 9:00 AM.

This time, we will meet at someplace different--the Crescent City Beignets at 1211 W. 6th Street in downtown Austin. There is a link to a map below.

They have a nice parking lot off 6th street that is not susceptible to drive-through traffic. There is ample inside & outside seating. And, the lot is in full view from both inside the store & from the outside seats as well!

I hope to see many of you then.

Best,

Dave
