Good to hear! James and Norwood's have always done a good job with my car. It's fun to pick up the car too as it's like a museum in there. |

As a doctor, I hate it when a patient calls my office and asks for a diagnosis and treatment recommendation over the phone, without ever seeing the patient. Last weekend , I had the dreaded gearbox failure light come on in my F1 360 at an inconvenient time. The car would not go into gear. I called James at Norwoods the next morning and he recommended checking the transmission fluid in the reservoir. DRY AS A BONE. After adding the recommended fluid, the car shifted perfectly. I did find a high pressure clutch line with a leak. I figured it was probably a dealer part and the car would be out for a couple of weeks. Last Monday, the car was taken to Norwoods. James actually had the part in stock!! I had them go ahead and change the oil also, and the car was ready Wednesday morning. 48 hour, and they had it cleaned also. I know there has been lots of positive things written about Norwoods on F-Chat, but I wanted to add my recent experience. THANKS JAMES! PS. I do not have any vested financial interest in Norwoods.
