I have also had very good luck with Jano. He fixed up the spoiler on my 348 Spider and it looks great. He corrected some less than best practices that had been done in the past and touched up a few nicks and dings in the process.

I got my truck back this week. Jano and Rafi did a GREAT job. I wouldn't hesitate to give them a referral.

Jano did a great job on my friend's Landcruiser. She passed her lease return inspection with flying colors after the repairs and the extras that Jano did. More importantly, I got my window installed on my '84 LC that has been taped up for a year.:-) Thanks!!

I'm just keeping this thread alive, because I KNOW it's useful. I was rear ended this morning. (No injuries) I've already talked with Jano, and he's going to do the work on the truck.

Ken,

FWIW, I've heard great things about Stuart's. Lots of PCA people use that shop. An acquiantance had his 996TT repaired there after substantial damage and I can't tell the car had been wrecked.

Regards,
TC

Stuarts has a 2-3 week wait right now. Any other suggestions in Dallas or Southlake area? Lewisville is too far to go:-). Thanks, Greg

Ken,

Stuart's Paint and Body
10440 Plano Rd.
Dallas, Tx 75238

Ask for Doug

They do all the work for Ferrari of Dallas and the work is alway well done. There are always a lot of neat Ferrari's, Porsche's, M/B's, BMW's and other high-line cars there.

I will be at karting on Tuesday, so if Jano is there I will ask him about it. I could not get an appointment with an adjustor until next Monday, so the car will have a dent and a bunch of white paint on it for a while.

I filed a police report (accident took place in a mall parking lot) but they did not seem to be too optimistic about finding the kid. I gave some thought to staying in Wichita thru today and driving thru high school parking lots looking for the car, but I figured I would only get myself in trouble if I found the kid because I would kick his little ass. I am very pissed.

Call Jano. (Sorry, dont have the number, but somebody on the board does). If he can't do it, I bet he can reccommend someone who can . Mabye even save you some on the deductible.

Hit by a punk kid in a white Mustang in Kansas on Saturday. I got out of the car to check the damage and he took off. Classic hit-and-run. Little F**ker had 30 day temp tags which were illegible, so probably not much chance that the cops will ever find him.

100% his fault, not significant damage, but being a Mercedes it will probably be expensive. My insurance is covering it but I have to pay the deductible. I just want to find some place that will do a great job.
