Yoshi, I've seen your schedule. You've got way too much time on your hands. You need a couple more kids! :-) And good luck with your 2:00AM bowling appointment tomorrow night.

Tillman, I stopped by the Lewisville lube place today and had the oil changed in the MINI. He's working on one MINI which will have 280 HP. YIPES!!! Thx for the tip.

When I was in Milan in last November, I sam Mini all over the city. We stopped by at Mini dealer, and it was a cute car. (they didn't let us test drive as I only had US license. I knew they will say no, but didn't hurt to nego little bit) Some Japanese love this car & has a club, which headquarter is near my parents house. It is small car, but owners insists you can pack 4 adults. It drives like sports car though. Very nimble & dashes off like Taz Devil. I want one, too, but being 6 members in a family, my wife won't let me have 3 toy cars.
BobD has good selection of cars at his house.

He has a red S with a bunch of performance stuff added. Thx for the info on his oil change place... I'll give him a call.

It was actually "All Tune and Lube" in Lewisville. (972) 221-8863. The owner's name is Graham.

Tillman, the wheels are at all 4 corners on the MINI and it's a blast to drive. We love ours.

Where was that lube-n-tune? Our Mini is ready for its first an oil change and I didn't think any of those places were ready for a MINI yet. I'm sure John Roberts (MINI & BMW dealer) will want $150 for an oil change. If the guy who owns the quick lube has one, I think he can figure it out. Thx!

I stopped by a local lube-n-tune for an oil change today, and got to chatting with the owner of the place. It turns out he's the VP of the local MINI club, and runs a modified Cooper S. He took me for a ride, and I got to tell ya, this thing will eat the 328 in a heartbeat. Really quick, handled like our cars and well packaged.

I'm thinking I need to convince Tam to buy one of those when she replaces the Pontiac next year :-)
