We sold that car to him in 89. We had a chance to talk with him at the meet and the car went through one or two owners before coming back to him. I'm glad he got the car as he really loves it. We did a lot of work on that car and it was fun remembering the stories of our projects. The car is in as good of shape now as it was when we sold it. It was like seeing an old friend |

Dilly, did you own the Daytona Coupe that is now back with the pilot in Ft. Lauderdale? He sold it and all of a sudden found it again for sale and bought it back? Did he sell it to you guys?

It was a great weekend. I have just finished cleaning up the 355. It was great to meet William and Martin and it is always fun to visit with Paul. The new turn is interesting that is about all I can say. On Saturday we got to visit with our old Daytona. Nika would have loved seeing this yellow/black car. All in all a great event. Pictures will be on the FCA web page soon and look for my article in the next Prancing Horse. |

I was there on Saturday. Did laps with "racer chick" Dilly and watched William work those massive new brakes. Great weather, great turnout! Special treat was watching Albereto's 1987 Ferrari F1 (V6 twin turbo)run the track. |

I will be there. From all indications it will be a large crowd. I also have concerns about the new chicane but I didn't know it was as bad as you have described! We did Savannah last weekend and had plenty of track time with great weather and are looking forward to the same this weekend. |

Gonna be there with my helmet & suit, That new chicane they installed on the back straight really is retarded & bloddy DANGEROUS!!!! where there is supposed to be a lip so you can drive up on the alligator strip there is a 1foot tall vertical curb, stupid thing could split your car in half if you hit it, not to mention the chicane really screws up your rythm on the track |
