For those in South Florida looking for an alternative, the Performance Drivers Club has a track date on November 1 (Satruday) in Homestead Speedway. So if you are in FL souther part and would not like to travel that long join in there.

I live in Jacksonville. While I used to go to the Roebling event I stopped going two years ago, because IMHO it became more focused on the dinners/parties rather than enjoying the track. I don't want to offend, but I think that staying in Hilton Head, having to drive back and forth to Savannah is just another indication that the social aspect is given priority over the track experience. Just my opinion.
Regards,

Mark

The registration for the November Moroso event can be found in the new issue of the Redline and the FCA News Bulletin. I am sure the registration will soon be on the Florida Region web site, as well. Hope to see you there. :-)

If you are going to the Roebling Road event call 843-681-4000 to make reservations at the Westin. If you call the number on the Southeast region's web site you will not get the Ferrari Club rate.

I am kind of worried that you may be right, Martin. Time will tell. I would love a Challenge car :-) but then something would have to go...... and I can't even think about letting go of the Dino! :-(

You bought a 550 Dilly?

Don't think you will like it on the track as much as the 355

If I still have the 355 Challenge I will show up with that car :-)

No, it is at FOA. I think they are having the front painted before they sell it - too much track work.

If you are really a track hound I would recommend this package. The first weekend is the Southeast Region's Roebling Road event. This year we will be staying at Hilton Head. Event registration can be found at www.fca-se.com/roebling.doc. This is a perfect event for you panhandle folks. The next event will be the Florida Region's Maranello Madness at Moroso the very next weekend. I expect that registration for this event will be in the next Redline and on the webpage soon. Hope to see you there - look for me in the black/tan 550. :-)
