Tobay Fest 2003 as posted on www.autostream.com 's Illegal Street Racing Web Board www.autostream.com/sr has no relationship to or affiliation with any of the Metro New York Porsche Club (a.k.a. MNYPCA and METRO) or Porsche Club of America (PCA)programs.
This is not a sanctioned PCA event or permitted gathering at TOBAY Beach.
Illegal Street Racing will not be tolerated by the Porsche Club, the Nassau County or New York State Police.
Participation in the Metro 2003 Autocross Series will be limited to PCA members and their Guests.
