with all those cars, and going over 100 on the two lane taconic - I would say you guys were lucky not to get more tickets - the taconic is a great road but all the cops and other cars make it tough to enjoy | ||

There are a bunch of pics on www.NSXprime.com. Cops also nailed a red Espada from the middle of the pack & orange Murcielago (I'm sure he was out front) on the Taconic on the way up. They also grabbed a bunch of NSXs on the way down in an unmarked Intrepid. The amount of >500bhp was impressive: Diablos, Murci, 550M, 575M,... Alot of Yellow, Orange & Red. The Murci was particularly impressive. Oncoming traffic didn't matter. He passed my Khamsin as if I was stuck on flypaper. The oncoming car didn't have time to react. The Murci's deed was accomplished in a few microseconds. I was also impressed by the crusing speed of the blue 330 GT 2+2 and the 7-liter Iso Grifo. The latter was special bodied & beautiful. There was a mean and very striking 512M whose plate read "1DROPOUT." The driver was not the most scholarly type, but he knew quite well that he had a great and very collectible performer. Besides for some leaking LHM my Khamsin kept pace just fine through the twisties. Just a slight nudge of the thumb & 2nd finger. It was too porky though off the line. I need to get rid of the cats & dump the A/C unit. All & all it was alot of fun! | ||

when we headed home apparently some guys took the taconic parkway and pissed off enough soccer mom's, causing enough cell phone traffic to warrant the cops closing down the road. We took 87 straight home the lotus and the 3 yellow lambo's. 2 yellow lambos were slwed up in traffic, but the lotus and one lambo got caught flying past a cop and both got 128 in 65 speeding tickets. drove off on their merry way and went home. | ||

Hmm pretty bad luck today. Went over to Westchester Country Club to get some pics. Met Andrew's dad and a couple others. His Diablo was the only Lambo there, awesome car, meanwhile he calls the guys at the other meeting spot, and they are going on 50! I will post the pics I have soon, hopefully we will see theres! | ||
