Just though I would share.... I installed carbon fibre engine bay panels to my 360 I bought it from exoticargear ( free plug ) and the fit was spot on as all the holes line up which I was worried about. I will keep all the original gear so when I sell it the next owner can change it back to standard if they require ( The only bad thing is I have hurt my back, bending over the guard trying not to touch the bodywork and install the screws ) What do you guys think? If they are lighter it is not much...its purely a cosmetic thing My OEM panels always looked dirty and I got sick of polishing them In regards to meeting up.......will do mate.......... though I hardly go in the city as its too congested...If you ever feel like doing a Gong run ....im in !!
They should be much much lighter. Are you sure you got real carbon fiber parts or are they fiberglass with a carbon overlay on them?
Looks really nice! I want to get a set for my spider, along with the over flow cover, to match my air boxes.
The coolant tank cover is our exclusive design. We produce the spider shields as well and are always looking to give our Fchat members a special price. David
Mine were very heavy! Maybe 4-5 lbs each! My carbon are maybe 1/2 lb each. I should weigh my stockers to be sure.
I will have to check when I get to the warehouse. I believe we have a set of the OEM shields I storage. David
