No time wasters please! lol What you doing here, gasboy?!?! Need to get that dial back to me if you want the logo on it!
Thanks! Those were done with my mobile phone, so not great. Taking some photos now with my DSLR and will post up. Take your pic and I will e-mail you the hi-res version!
I like the last one 'cause you can almost see the serial number. By the way, blue and yellow were the colors that Tazio Nuvolari wore when he raced (blue trousers and a yellow jersey) - so I think it's a splendid combination.
Ha Ha!!! It's a barcode now, anyway!!!! lol Blue / Yellow is a great combo! I can't take the credit for changing all the interior parts from silver to grigio alloy. That was done by the last owner; a Renault Formula 1 mechanic. Here's some more pics........... Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
What do you mean...? Doesn't matter who did it - it's still an awesome combination. Blue with white numbers is the French racing color combination, right...? Any idea why the Renault mechanic did blue and yellow...?
Id associate yellow with Renault so it could be that??? Edit: Actually i think it was Dem that added the Yellow.
Going back over the posts, you're right. So maybe Dem added the yellow as an homage to the previous owner/Renault mechanic. Either way, yellow and blue make a fantastic combination. I have a yellow t-shirt that I wear with blue jeans - and look horrible in but I don't care - because they were Nuvolari's colors.
