After feedback from fellow forum enthusiasts, I went ahead and had the wrap completed for my 2014 458; I chose Avery Satin Black and had the roof, side sills and rear wrapped. I am extremely pleased with the results. It accentuates the width of the car as well as the gorgeous lines. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks!! It's quite a difference. The car looks lower and wider and the body lines are more accentuated now. The idea came from a Kahn design I saw. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I am interested in doing the rear section in a carbon wrap to mimic the optional OEM carbon rear section. It is massively expensive to retro fit this as you need a fit and paint a new bumper. You need to loose the wrap line along the top edge of the rear bumper, how di that work out ?
Below some before and after; also note that at some point I changed the license to 458 ITA hence the different registration. Loved the smoky finish on the wheels of your previous 458. Are you going the same route with your upcoming 488?
I like it. Would be cool to make a custom bumper that had mesh the whole way through like the 355 challenge.
