    I order an original 360 modena hook to use on my 86 Testarossa. I always tought it was same as the 360 ... the M16 x 1.5 . I look Today and it much smaller... 12mm ???

    Ricambi sells a CS style and they offer it for TR, 360 and 550... the TOW-2 model.

    Two different size tow hooks were used on TR per the SPC:

    125522 = 12 mm diameter (unknown pitch, but probably 1.5mm)

    130993 = 16 mm diameter x 1.5 mm pitch (the thread size matches the fitting on my late chassis, but mine has a collar on it that doesn't fit thru the hole in the spoiler nor is it really long enough!)

    That is it. I have the Freaking... 12mm.

    Now I am stuck with the 16 X 1.5 ... it is OEM for the 360 Modena. New, never used... Takers ?

    But Mel, can you confirm that the 512TR tow hook thread is 16 x 2 (and not 16 x 1.5 as used on late TR)?

    16 x 1.5 is Testarossa, and 360... and 550.

    BUT the early (mine is 86 ) use 12 mm.

    Hi, Do you still have the tow hook for a 360 Modena? I bought my Australian delivered 360 in March and the tool kit was one tow hook short......

    Please let me know if it's available.

    This is what came in my 86 tr. The metal is not hardened (bends if pulled off axis) so just make one.

    I just got my first ferrari.....86 testarossa. I also am looking for a tow hook for this car which apparently is 12mm(and NOT 16mm) like the latter testarossas. Ricambi America has been unable to get them. Did anyone here have luck getting one? Thanks!
