The word seems to be with double C or XC : eccentric excenter; excentrisch

I have exchanged my steeringwheel with a smaller oem from MOMO, using a excentric hub and a 36 cm instead of the oem wheel.

Works fantastic inside the car; really more room !

No other feeling when driving .... remember that the Ferrari factory installed the same in the 308 !

See the pics; FYI ! :)

Ha ha ha .... correct !!

It was a gift from the firm because they borrowed my 512TR for the very famous annual Techno-Classica show in Germany ....

It was to promote the electrical, fully adjustabele powersteering the offer for all F's ... and they sold at least 3 for a happy German 512TR drivers; 25 in all ...

This excentrical hub is also one of their new products; they make or design products what owners ask them ... if they see a market.

But Edvar, YOU are tall .... have a look this weekend at the FerrariOwnersClubNL Spring Drive ! :)

I'm not an aftermarket guy for Ferraris (other than exhaust, it doesn't change the look), I think they look best as they came our if the factory, but it is the first time I would be slightly tempted!

This steering wheel does look really good!

It looks fantastic! I sat in both a testarossa and a 512 tr yesterday and preferred the more bare metal look of the testarossa wheel. The steering wheel you got is even better!

    Where do you purchase one?

I was an OEM guy too for the last years ...

This steeringwheel + excentric hub was offered me after I lent my car for a big carshow.

And after last weekend: I am convinced that is a really enhancement. Many F people agreed: it is not looking not-good at all...

The link is in the first posting ... but look here and simply mail them ! Roger will answer. If not mail me: [email protected]

Padova I actually try one TR with power steering at stasionare, it worked really nice and best part was; when you turn power out, it feels excatly like stock steering. Power steering was really well hidden and you could not see it was there.

Good day Mikael, did you have it installed when you bought the TR ? Where was it bought ? In Holland ? Just nice to know.

I am very happy that I have it... my (limiting) switch is next to my radio installed. Assistance from 0-80 km/h works very well in cities and roundabouts :)

"I try one" I do not own one. I have BB, 308 GTB, 308GTBi, Mondial Cabrio and Countach, which would benefit most from powersteering.
