I am looking at a 91 TR (red/tan 12k miles)that is at Naples Motorsports. Are they strait shooters or typical used car bulls??t artists. I own a repair shop in Maryland, however my dad lives in the area. I sent him over to look at the car. He said , it almost looks to good. Any previous experiences or does anyone know anything about this car. Does anyone know how long they have had it? Just trying to save wasted time flying down, doing the PPI thing and getting it back up here. Thanks in advance for any input!!!

They generally have a very good reputation. They do not negotiate much (if at all) on their prices which upsets some customers. I have met a few people that bought through Naples and were very happy with the transaction.

Thanks for the responses. Hope your wrong about the negotiation BT. I was hoping they will come down to what the market is really comanding for these cars (doesnt seem like there is much demand right now). Thanks again for your inputs!!!

Good luck on the negotiations, my information is from what I have read and heard about the seller. Maybe try LRPman on the site here. He has a great TR with the upgraded differential that he was looking to sell for a reasonable price. As the owner of Leatherique you know the seats will look excellent!

They are really, really good guys. I know Todd and Rob very well. I would buy something from them sight unseen and have in the past dealer to dealer. Stand up guys. I am sure that there are people who have their own experiences but I know that they are stand up guys. If you need a referral there or need anything, feel free to PM me.

I am not sure how many more pictures they could send you than they have on their website though, looks pretty thorough. Good luck with the sale.

I've known Rob & Todd for a long time and have bought 6+ cars from them over the years. In my experiences their cars are "as described" or better. I wouldn't hesitate buying something from them sight unseen. Take a look at their recent sales page on their website and look at the amount of repeat business that they get. That has to say something about them.
