    I’m pleased to announce that Gerald Roush and I will be publishing a book written by Nathan Beehl on Ferrari Boxers. The book will have about 18 chapters, including 3 or 4 on the race cars.

    Because we plan on including a registry listing of all verified cars, if you own one of these fine cars, we'd love to include your car in the book. At this point, we are unsure as to how much we can publish about each car, but we would appreciate knowing:

    1. Model
    2. Serial #
    3. Year
    4. Ext/Int Colors
    5. Country
    6. Month/Year Acquired
    7. Mileage
    8. Brief additional comments (optional)

    Any responses will be greatly appreciated. As I’m sure that most of you know, Gerald is a sticker for accuracy, so the more complete information we can have, the merrier. Because we understand everybody’s concern for privacy, our current plan is to only publish items 1 through 5, unless you specifically authorize us to say more. We will also not release this information to any third parties.

    In that light, if you have any driving and other war stories that you’d like to share, feel free to send them to us. If we use any of it in the book, we'll first ask for your permission and give you credit.

    7. Mileage.. Aquired with 2500 kilo..current Kilometers is 5350 or 3260 miles

    Car imported from belgium in 84 to florida, subsequently owned for 4 years by Ferrari of atlanta owner, then to Isringhausen owner for 4 years, all owner/collectors, hence Mileage.I put a $10,000.00 exterior cosmetic parts only restoration into it for show purposes. summer of 04 concours shows include 1st place Greenwich concours and 3 platinum FCA event awards
    and 1 FCA ferrari of special merit award.And 1st place NE running of the Bulls concours. This car is certainly a contender for Best Boxer in existance.
    as Auto weeks article on Aug. 9th 2004 claims it to be.

    Would love a copy of this Book.

    I noted that the e-mail I sent you had the wrong date that I acquired my Boxer. I got it in Dec 2002 not Dec 2003 as my e-mail indicated.

    Sure! Our current plan is to establish a waiting list, but only for those who have brought books in the past. We anticipate at least a couple of production delays. We then plan on shipping a Daytona book instead of one on Boxers. (Just kidding.)

    I'm sure that we'll be able to work something out. We need to get it published first. :)

    i understand these things take time, and it sounds like a great endevor. i have been having to staple my fingers still to keep from rattling on with my enthusiasum for a carb Boxer. we already have NNO in the ENZO corner! :)

    $128K was the auction price at Indy, IIRC.........

    I could not remember .........if it had Boxer Trim.

    Jack Starnes (Foyt Enterprises Shop Manager) told me the story once, of the Factory tour they received........he was impressed with Enzo.....

    I'd call the interior more oxblood than red, but that's just me........
