Gamma Delta Iota Well, actually Alpha Phi Omega at Emory, but it's a community service frat, not a rich kid social frat (though we had plenty of those at Emory).
I must say, the most recent campus sporting event was quite spectacular. So, what do you think of this "Music Television?"
Kappa Simga Alumni Sigma Chapter Tulane University Jimmy Buffet is a KS alum, so we can't be that bad! A drunk friend of mine ran into Buffet at a local dive here in New Orleans a couple of years ago and gave him the 'secret' handshake, LOL. Buffet could see that my friend was obviously wasted, but he just laughed, obliged, and bought a round of tequila shots!
My dad went to W&L 1960 - 1964, Lambda Chi I believe. I've honestly never ever found anyone else that had gone there, let alone heard of it over here on the west coast. Me, Theta Chi at University of Oregon.
I love it here. My dad graduated from W&L in the late 70's. And I was surprised how many west coasters are here at W&L. For instance, I know people 5 from Seattle and/or California.
Hello Brother! Sigma Phi Epsilon. Washington Beta chapter, University of Washington, graduated in 1985.
Same year I was born. , that makes you how old? Haha. just kidding. I knew this site was good for something. Are you still active in your chapter?
Ugh! I was on the alumi board for several years, but quit about five years ago. Just show up for the occaisional alumni event now. Drove by the house a couple weeks ago...made me feel so old. Even the sorority chicks looks SO young...
I was a pledge in Phi Delta Theta my first year of college, but changed schools after that and didn't pick it up again. Had a good time and met some good guys, dated a nice sorority chick for a few months.
Theta Chi at UAB. I was actually the ONLY pledge to be initiated from my pledge class during spring quarter of 1988. That wasn't a fun week.
We dont really have Frat's in the UK. The closest I came was being accepted as an honorary Peace Corp member while overseas - apparently, their 'dorm' was like a Frat house. Shame we dont have them here. Well, shame we dont have Sorority chicks - they look hot on the 'net
I know no one means any disrespect, but to an old guy like me the term Frat is like fingernails on a chalk board...it is always fraternity. Nu Zeta of Lambda Chi Alpha
