Here are two pix showing part of the Yoshijuki Hayashi collection in Japan. Mr. Hayashi was one of the Ferrari pioneers in Japan (besides Mr. Matsuda, of course). Pix were taken March 1983. The three Formula One Ferraris are, from left to right: chassis number 009 (Snowplough), 011 (312 B3) and 029 (312 T2).

Down the left side it looks like three T33, the TZ based Pininfarina prototype, TZ, perhaps a couple of SZ's, etc. I remember when he brought the W125 to Monterey ('86). In '85 I sold him my old 275 GTB/4, we haggled all weekend over a couple thousand dollars. George

That was #09783. Hayashi sold it to Matsuda January 1995.
Many of the Alfas went to Shiro Kosaka in Japan.

Wow... It's true that I had forgotten that there was Mercedes-Benz W125, a Silver Arrow... it always does have it?

    Wow.

What would be the white Alfa (?) with red stripe?

Do I see a 250 LM in the same line as the Merc?

And a Maserati on its right?

Thanks for sharing. Your pics are a delight as usual.

Yes, 250 LM #6105. The right side (not on the pic) is a line of Mercedes SLKs.

That was it, I had a lot of fun with it but wanted to move on to vintage racing. Any idea about the TZ and SZ chassis numbers and perhaps where they are now? Thanks,
    George

Sorry, I don't know anything about Alfas. I am a Ferrarista only.

Thanks Marcel, If I recall correctly I bought 09783 in the summer of '83 from European Auto Restoration. I understood that it had been in southern California for quite a while. At one point it was in a front end collision and the nose required a bit of work to redo.

I took delivery at the Monterey Historics, and found the new buyer there a couple years later. - George

09783 was last seen with Peter Hosmer in New Hampshire. Painted dark red.

The white Alfa with red stripe is a one off Guilia Sport Pininfarina Coupe of 1965.

Racing is not the right word but Hayashi participated in the Classic Mille Miglia, for example in 1986 with the rare Alfa Romeo 6C 3000 Spider Zagato that you can see as the 5th car from behind on the left row of cars. This car is now the swedish blue-yellow Alfa that was to be seen on the lawn at Pebble Beach last year.

Right, so till which year has been in his collection, and who is The current owner?
I know that has been brought in Europe in 2017 and repainted, is this true?
    Thanks
