Till 2003 the rules(lemans/gt championship) were against Pagani even entering due to the all carbonfibre body. Then when the rules were changed I think it was entered privately with some factory backing but due to minimal testing with a non-factory gearbox it died in the 1st 10mins or something. Im sure if u google u will find Zonda race car pics.

But see what actual races has an Enzo been in? It hasnt been proven either...

I think the enzo is more about all that F1 technology incorporated into the design that won ferrari all those driver/constructor championship.

However i still think heritage is over rated when we consider how good cars like the zonda are. Its as eventful and dramatic as an enzo with all the special pagani/fangio touches

 

how about if pagani is around in 50 years time still producing great cars . how special could / would the zonda be ???? 288 compatible ???

Read it in a magazine, so don't know if its true. I'm pretty sure the paint would weigh more than a clearcoat. Could be BS...

wonder what the gearbox upgrade is.
wonder if a 10 K power chip would give you the extra 48 HP instead of the additional 55 K .
