    Will Michelotto, the company that builds the F430 GTC, build a 599 GTC for the LMGT1 class next year? The F430 GTC has one every race of the 2006 season in the FIA GT Championship (three so far).

    575 was built by ferrari itself
    550 was built by italtecnica (millenio) and prodrive (GTS)

    This photo was on the internet back when everyone was still trying to guess what the 599 would actually look like when introduced.

    Some one that had access to the real design did a photoshop that is very interesting. Would love to know who that was, and how they got the original photo.

    When did that photo come out?

    The following is from the August, 2006 issue of Racecar Engineering:

    "Owner and technical chief of Scuderia Ecosse, Stewart Roden, is optimistic about Ferrari's future in racing: 'We had a few problems initially, as you might expect, but that's sorted. It's a good car, though next year I'd ideally like to have a 599 GT1 car.'

    Hello Mat,
    575 GTC was built by N.Technology. The latest race ferrari that was made IN the factory was the F50 GT1 s/n 001 (at the F1 department!)
