[FCA DFW] 4M Bodyworks sponsors the 3rd Annual Strade Di Autunno rally

I am happy to announce that Jano and Rafi at 4M Bodyworks in Lewisville have agreed to underwrite the 3rd Annual Strade Di Autunno rally.

This means that they'll be covering the underlying expenses. What this means for you all is that the entry fee is covered already.

Tshirts will be a separate cost, and will likely be in the same $20-30 range that we've seen in the past.

So, if you just want to run the rally, there'll be no cost to you beyond your fuel and food. If you want a cool Tshirt, there'll be a small fee for that.

The SdA Rally will be held Oct 21, rain or shine. Entry forms/Tshirt forms will be available mid-September.

So I take it that this year’s route will result in a complete repaint?

I still need a nose re-spray and a front spoiler gouge fill in from the last two rallies!!! Eventually, I won't have any paint on the front of the car at all

 

Maybe if you'd slow down a little Mr. 157....

 

I'm never going to live that one down!!!!

At least every one knows I really drive the car. Let's all keep that in mind when it comes voting time at the ICF next weekend

My son asked me just the other day when another run was coming up. He wants to break the record!!!!!!

I'm happy to announce that Ryan Alexander has agreed to design the shirts for this year's SdA rally. Ryan is the creative genius behind the past fall shirt, and this year's spring rally shirt. I fully expect this one to carry fabulous artwork.


Also, expect a route announcement very soon. Entry forms will be up by the 23rd of Sept.

The route is on the southwest side of the Metroplex this time

Benbrook Lake area (southwest Fort Worth) to Granbury.

The run is a bit over 110 miles, should take 1.5 to 2 hours to run, and we end up about 40 miles outside of the metromess.

Technically yes, but as usual we have no way of confirming membership, so we're not checking

In other words, the more the merrier...

The 1.3 mile track is available to members on the 21st. The 1.7 is being rented by Apex driving school (F-Chat member Keith Verges).

After the rally, I'd be happy to host some folks over at BigBendVilla for some post driving adult beverages.
