Yes, I have being eyeing these. They were $500 for a while. He quoted me $1150 to send them to EU. So at the moment I think Im out to start a bid. $1150+$1625=$2775 is a bit more then I would like to pay. but if your in the US. I think it would be a good deal.

Would somebody tell these bidders that you only need to be the highest at the end, not the whole way through the auction...........

A white set went for 1325 about 3 weeks ago.

I think there trying to bluff each other off!

Im the type of ebayer that has 4 windows open and 4 different bids in the last 1min, hitting them from lowset to highest till I win. but in this bid, its too much for me :(

It’s called “nibbling” I hate nibblers (unless I'm selling) :)

Bid late, bid once, and bid your highest price.

I’m a sniper; I got one the other day with zero time left :) :)

I was just wondering, I thought that these wheels were made by speedline, but that is not mentioned anywhere on the rims or in the add? I thought that the challange rims were lighter then that?

I thought they would be lighter too. But:

" These rims have been powder-coated a dark gray and are in great shape "

This adds weight, dont know how much.............

and if there powder-coated, then it will cover the speedline label.

I have a set of these wheels and they are brilliant....but I don't think they are as heavy as he is stating. I think they are more like 15 and 18

I bought 2 sets from a Challenge team around '94 or '95. One set was braand new. They were white with the 'Speedline' decal on them. The second set were painted black. There are some letters engraved on the rims..year of manufacture, etc. No DOT.

I painted the new set silver and they have been on the car ever since. The black set I have for the track with some slicks.........very fun!

I might add that these wheels have been extremely durable and I have never had a problem with them.
