Just curious...I have been looking at pics of other 308's, and it appears my windshield wipers sit higher than most when they are off... do they look that way to you gus? If yes, is it fairly easy to adjust them?
    thanks !!

Slack or bad park position - just pull-back the spring-cap on the base & undo the nut. (Pull the blades up b4 doing this, as the base will tend to pop-up when it gets undone). Pull the arm straight-off, and then shift across 1 or 2 splines until in the arm is in a position closer to the btm edge of the glass. Then refit & tighen the nut firmly.

Be careful how you adjust the arms in the park position. If the linkage or stop position have some play, the wipers may wipe below the final park position. Moving the arms at the park position may cause the blades to wipe off the windshield during normal operation. Be sure to test for a few minutes with lots of water running on the glass as the wipers have a larger sweep once in operation with the reduced friction on the windowshield.
