to be honest, we know he has the pouch, we know he is trying to sell stuff at a profit. we can also see that he has removed the privacy filter on his feedback and a good number of his feedback is from ferrari items, unlike when it was from star wars figures.

that being said, he has done himself no favors. i think it isn't just a language issue, but rather a lack of understanding that guys spending hundreds of dollars on ebay expect to be treated a little different than the average ebay buyer. when you deal with rare ferrari items, i would expect that you act differently.

having said that, i find it strange that with all of contacts in italy and being personal friends with luca, that he is sellling what he bought off of ebay and nothing else.

I e-mailed him (via e-bay) and asked him if he was joking about some of his prices, he then e-mailed me back with what i regarded as a far better grasp of the English language than he ever displayed on this forum whilst trying to twist and turn in responce to F-chatters questions! BTW the responce i got was cutting to say the least!!!!!!!!!
So in summation, WATCH HIM.

My QUIJA Board was out for it's 30,000 prediciton service or 10 years which ever came first, And And I STILL FIGURED IT OUT!!!!! Hell this is a 101 class compared with Ferrari Chassis Spotting (underneath expired Devin Bodies), a post graduate class. Both Offered at EBAY UNIVERSITY.

I recommend reporting a shill bid complaint to EBAY if you believe this event has occcured. If the ISP is the same, during the investigation of the complaint, EBAY may issue a warning, or suspension.

Every legitimate Ebay user is permitted 7 IDs and since they don't verify the ID's this leaves the door open for this kind of conduct. Meg Whitman (Ebay) also touts the statistics of number of users to her stockholders. This perpetrates the propensity for Fraud

I bid on a 575 last month and have received no less than 12 "Second Chance Offers", guess how many are fraudulent?

Yahoo auctions permits only one user ID and fully verifies every user by credit card,
although all transactions for buyers and sellers are free AND you can not obtain the email or contact the individual bidders unless you are the seller. Funny, this sort of Fraud doesn't occur on Yahoo...

 

Probably just a mere coincidence. Don't be a pesimist. It's ALL GOOD!
