Hmm, this has to just be speculation. I'm sure he won't make the decision AT LEAST until this years drivers championship is decided...

Bild may not be credble, but Mark Webber seeing Michael drinking beer the Thursday before the German GP must be the real tell-tale to this story. With that, Michael must really be retiring.

And we may have to wait until 6 PM Italy time to find out if Michael does not place in the top three!

Apparently this is considered very unusual for MS before a race, enough so that Webber stated he thought that was a sign that MS decided to retire and was feeling relaxed.

More like a nightmare IMHO...while he is a great driver, his cheating and overall poor sportsmanship caused me to root for whoever was racing against him...even though I love Ferraris. I just can't root for a cheat! I'll be glad to see him go.

I think it said "announce" his retirement on Sunday. Not actually retire.

 

I think it is a done deal. With Renault's announcement, Kimi can only be going to Ferrari. And as well know, MS would never drive alongside a competitor like Kimi on equal terms.

MS is done and Kimi is in.

 

How did he cheat? Sorry I dont know the full story/stories?
