Steve Harris Imports - Positive Experience

With all of the negative experiences being reported on this site concerning dealers, I wanted to let everyone know that my experience with Steve Harris Imports was very positive and I would recommend to my friends that they work with Sean and his team on purchasing a Ferrari. I purchased the 1995 Rosso Corsa/Tan F355 that Sean had and the car was as Sean represented. Sean is fair individual and a man of his word and ethics; I can see how they have a strong repeat business at this dealership. I believe a got a very good car at a fair price and Sean treated me very well throughout the entire process. Count me as a satisfied customer. I will see the local Ferari guys at the Fall Foilage Tour in 2 weeks. I am loving the F355, thanks again Sean!

 

Interesting, I called them to get pricing information on a 355 a couple of months ago and they didn't even have the never to call back. I'm glad to hear you had a positive experience with these guys. I won't waste my time calling them ever again. I've had great experiences with Gary Simon at the dealer in Scottsdale.

Great to hear you had a good experience with Steve Harris Imports. However I feel the need to add my 2 cents about dealers. I bought an Fcar from Ferrari of Denver and it was the best experience with an auto dealer I've ever had, EVER. Everyone there from Derek, John, Mark, Jeff, Mr. Stewart and expecially the mechanics (Bill) have been absolutely great. So you see not all Fcar dealers are a******s!!!

I had the same experience trying to get service done on two cars. Never got a call back.

Very interesting on the "no call back" comments. For as long as I can remember, Steve Harris has always received glowing reviews from F-Chatters.

Thank you for the comments. I am surprised to hear about the no call back and I do apologize if it was me or one of my guys that neglected to call you back. There is no excuse. We do try to treat everyone properly and try to return all calls and emails promptly.
