How Many Songs On Your iPod

How many songs do you have on your iPod. I (think) I have alot???? 2907 songs. I've seen more but I think i'm running out of songs to download.

 

Can't fit more than 650 (4gb Nano). But I have 8000 on my computer.

I was going to buy a 30gb but got ripped off so I'm stuck with my Nano for a while.

 

I haven't used my Ipod for months, but I really think only two hundred. My friend has the 60 gig video and he somehow filled that up and has some extra on his computer. How many songs do you think that is?

 

60gb = Ca 15'000 songs.

 

I wish I'm trying to do that, but it seems so far away
60GB apple says 15,000 songs. In use a little less.

650 sounds low for a 4GB ipod, Do you carry photos and other things on there



As for mine 3612 but I want to fill it up one of these days. Although with the 5th gen there is an 80GB. I remember with my first mini I thought 1000 songs was a ton and I would never fill it up

 

Nope, just very good quality.

 

My 4 gig Mini has only 200 songs, but it's like 1.5 gigs of space I think. I have a long of long songs. A few are over 30 minutes, but quite a bit are about 7-10+ minutes.

 

my mini 4GB has 1000 on it but I dont mess with quality and my itrip stations count as songs in the playlist so thats about 89 or more listed songs that are nothing but 5sec beeps.

 

I used to have 1 hour mixes on mine but not anymore.

 

161 on my 1GB Nano. I have about 50 megabytes left. I have 10.8 GB, 2053 songs on my computer

Around 800 songs on my 4Gb Nano. And it's full already.
Should've gotten a larger one. May end up with a 60 or 80Gb, I could put my music in AIFF rather than MP3, no quality loss! Or an 8Gb Nano ...

and BTW, I just hate iTunes. Love the iPod, just can't get around to using iTunes intuitively.

It can be very easy when you go by discography ... I was downloading single songs ... the I started converting all the CDs I had. All AC/DC albums, then all Feist albums, all Chumbawamba albums, every Rage Against the Machine album, every Red Hot Chili P's album ... it quickly adds up!

A little trick
Get MyTunes Redux, go to starbucks or a cafe that hosts a music libery on iTunes, and rip it all off for FREE, if anyone asks I didnt tell you!

 

On my iPod probably 2,000. On my computer, easily 20,000 on a 250gb drive. I put them all into a playlist one day and it calculated something like 55 days' playing time. LOL.

The worst part is trying to find something when you cannot remember the title. I've given up on trying to organize them all.

I dont use an iPod anymore as I will just run out of space on it. Right now I have about 12,000 songs on my iTunes which is roughley 55+ gb. Thats not including videos.

 

Oooh, you guys include vids? Then no iPod is enough! I have over 140Gb of music and video combined. And that excludes the porn collection.

 

I'm right up there with you: about 2500 or so on the iPod, and 20,874 on the computer as of today.
