anyone have any experiance with the CLK DTM AMG?

I drooled on one in the paddock at Laguna Seca in Monterey last year and another one showed up at Crystal Cove a few months back.

I believe there are a total of 5 in the USA, imported under "Show or Display" or some other loophole. They won't be coming here any other way I don't think.

Kimi Raikkonen's should be for sale rather soon though.

I wasn't a huge fan at first, but it has grown on me. Make no mistake, I'd prefer the real racer with a little road modification.

As posted a few above, I found out about the cabrio version only a few days ago on accident. Jenson Button has the coupe version I believe.

 

Says call for price, did anyone call? I thought if you had to ask how much it is, well you know the rest .

 

Anyone know how the transmission is? Any good? Comparable to BMW's SMGII/III, Lambo's e-Gear, Ferrari's F1?
