That's crap peepee. Things like this are at least if not MORE important with peoples assessment of integrity, history and character. Those with the ability/inclination to do research can learn a LOT about all of us. Scuds problem is hopefully being resolved, personally... I've been much worse off with SS, and had to visit his office a number of occasions to be reimbursed... BUT ALWAYS GOT IT IN THE END.... so have faith Scud...
