Lord of the Rings... the only movie in my entire life that put me to sleep in the movie theater. A lot of people really like them but I think they're over-rated drawn out bores.

I want to know why someone is hating on Pootie Tang. I thought it was hilarious. Another movie that is so bad it is great!!

And I have looked everywhere for a replica of that awesome Pootie Tang belt.

"...son, as long as you have ya belt, you can kick anyone's azz.."

Yes, LoTR is pure dung.....you are of course referring to the 1978 animated version???????

IMHO, the new LOTR is excellent, but I still like the books better. I've read them many times since the early 70's, my books are starting to fall apart. I would love to see The Hobbit remade by Peter Jackson

    But, back to the subject:

Striptease, Burt Reynolds covered in vaseline?!!? Yech!

Me too! I can't believe he didn't. But seriously, how could you not like LOTR? Great acting, great effects, great storyline, great music, ... there's a reason it got so many Academy Awards

Oh yeah, I totally agree, "Be Cool" and "Alexander" blew big time. "Be Cool" was just terrible, just terrible.

I didn't like "The Passion of the Christ" either. I think Mel could've done something wonderful, and instead I just ended up watching a two hour torture.

I liked the first LOTR ok, but it all got pretty old by the third one.

Re : LOTR, I even think the books are overrated. I never got why they're considered such "epics", the writing seems fairly juvenile. True, it's plotted in a complex and involved fashion, but seriously, it doesn't strike me as hard to do if you're allowed to make up the rules as you go along (like in Fantasy writing). Then again, I've never been much of a Fantasy fan, so what do I know?

Everyone is entitled to his own opinion, but I thought the Shawshank Redemption was good portrayal of prison life, I enjoyed it.

Personally I disagree...I thoroughly enjoyed PAYCHECK.

    Avoid Peirce Brosnan in.....

THE TAILOR OF PANAMA-Vulgar, no flow, and seemed choppy to me.

THE MATADOR-Vulgar, no point that grips you, a horrible "Disney style" costar, just a movie you can't wait to end.

Sci Fi orginal movie. Those are by god the worst movies that anybody could watch.

Night of the Twisters was another one, Very unrealistic, the tornados in that movie where awfull. The story didn't match what happend in the real event. terrible acting.

Yeah Tailor of Panama was pretty bad, shameful because otherwise I like Pierce Brosnan a lot.

Good Will Hunting is a great movie, Matt Damon and Robin Williams cancel out Ben Affleck's terrible acting.
