I agree, this was more entertaining because of the close racing!

This was the most entertaining F1 race I've seen in years. It's great to see racers take positions on the track, and not in the pits.

    Congrats to Michael. Terrific racing.

Very nice win for MS. If he keeps driving like that and there aren't any incidents on the track, he will really earn the championship. Regardless of who wins the WDC this is going to be a great season overall.

MS took FA and Fisi along with the whole Renault team back to school..... I loved the look on FA and Fisi at the podium... Its priceless LMAO.

Its a shame he is not coming back next year.

i think it's very unsporting of FA not to congratulate MS post race when the parked in the pits. he just stormed off to the weighing room.

Wow. FIA couldn't have scripted that!!

In response to the Speed channel commentators -- Massa was pushing hard on bad tires, that's why he was sliding off until the dry line appeared around lap 15 -- then Massa started moving up the grid.

He got pushed back a bit after his one stop when they brought him in again to use him to test the track on dry tires for Michael -- but that's part of his job as #2 driver.

Massa wasn't bad, he just looks like something the dog left on the carpet compared to Schumi. But today, didn't everyone?

Schumi to Fisi: "You don't need to make that corner -- these aren't the droids you're looking for ..." ;)

    The Jedi Master strikes back!

No team orders, huh? Alonso strolls past Fisi while Button and Barrichello battle for position. And that pile up behind Sato was a train wreck.

But I think FIA will leave these results alone: Dead heat WDC and one point difference makes points with two races to go? That's everything Bernie could have wanted.

Except for Massa tangling with DC (which Schumi did a few times in the past) -- it left Renault +1 to Ferrari and Fisi +1 to Massa. If Massa had moved up to 8th, it would have been a dead heat for WDC 1st, WDC 3rd, and makes.

    Holy Guacamole. Now that's entertainment!

    Headlines we SHOULD be seeing:

BOTH RENAULTS DISQUALIFIED FOR EMPLOYING TEAM ORDERS
Briatore "thought the rule only applied in Austria"

COULTHARD GIVEN TWO-RACE BAN FOR CAUSING AN AVOIDABLE ACCIDENT
Todt: "At least this time he wasn't being lapped!"

So where exactly are the rules now!?
Why is Renault not being penalized for their clear use of team orders!?
Why is no one screaming that the rules are being used in favor of Renault?!
Where are all the conspiracy theorists now!?

    On to Japan!

2 more races 2 more wins!

    With or without the rules!

    FORZA FERRARI :D
    Great race!

Schumacher really deserves the championship :)
Fernando had all the advantage: pole, best tyres, teammate holding others back,.... but it was not good enough :D

The Honda guys were pretty insane by racing eachother like that at the end! They could have easily been 4th and 5th.

Kimi screwed up his engine again  I sure hope Ferrari's engine for next year is very reliable!

Too bad Kubica was a bit too early for trying those dry tyres, could have been a great result again.

Looking forward to the next races
