Pap, the standard 355 wheels came in the box that contained the CH kit. I am told the wheels were left on for about 1 thousand k's as the origonal disks and brake pads are also there and almost brand new. Anyway the condition of the wheels are 3 are perfect and one has a gash on one spoke. Just the wheels without rubber or centres.

 

Cheers mate. How nasty is that gash? Is it bad/noticeable?

 

It's just cosmetic and I'm sure can be repaired to look newagain. If you like I will post a photo.

 

I don't think PP would have let me time if that was how I operated! FWIW Winston and I cross-referenced a few times (me on computer, him on hand-held stopwatch) and each time our recorded times were identical to 1/10th of a second (NB. 1/10th was the extent to which we checked).

Yep 18x10 I recall and fitted with 295/35s. Here's a couple of photos - they weren't flush with the body.

I sold my 355 wheels to a 348 guy back when I had the 355 Challenge. Must be a theme there. Straight bolt on as I recall- as are the 355 body panels.

And then fit it with some nice black chrome 360C wheels.... (8" front, 10.5 rear)

Do they use the same wheels bolts mate and the same centre caps? Do you recall? At a wild guess, id say they do? Do you know for sure?

 

Are they immaculate and how much? I dont like them on 348 as much as 512TR/355 wheels mate. Remember this photoshopped pic??

Well, they're really nice.... you know how 360C keeps his cars...but a certain black 550 used the rears recently, and I haven't seen them since.... but they are all available. The fronts are in my shop... just sort it all out direct with 360C...

oh yeah... bad photo shop... the scale isn't right.. the wheel arch clearance won't look that bad.

Just giving out options mate.... your choice. Any real pics?

FWIW, the certain black 550 spent a lot of time/money with me and it was all paid... eventually.

Rear 360C wheels were just used briefly and are with Carl888 I'm led to believe.. so all is right with the world...
