It is the car you had in your workshop, the one that was my first ever F-Car ride as a kid. The owner ordered it through W.H.Lowe in the colour red. It was shipped in some sort of crate that had access holes through which the wharfies shoved a crow bar. When they got the car out there were 2 problems 1) Damage 2) It WASN'T red. When the damage was fixed it was also resprayed red.
The wharfies were a law unto themselves in the 1970's. Remember when they had to be trained to drive the new Leopard tanks by the Army? ONLY union labour was allowed to unload from the docks- no exceptions. So if the army wanted it's new tanks they had to teach the crims to drive them first.
or the 7 series that had the side crunched .... or the very last Miura dropped off the boat by the wharfies that needed a full rebuild ... or the ......
yeah, ha ha... you'd think I've never seen a few of these things myself! I know what to expect.... THE WORST!... and be grateful for anything better.

Did you know the customs documents have a lot of questions and has the words.. "Bestiality", "Semen" and "Whip" on it...!! What on earth do Aussies get up to that warrants specific questions on an import! Oh... by the way... IT'S HERE IT'S HERE!!! couple years ago when i was on the dole and living with a chick we had to fill out endless forms which i referred to as 'do you f*ck' forms because they asked in at least 27 different ways which were non-benny-hill-like and very unconfrontational whether or not you've spilt semen in or on the person you're living with. after filling them out i asked the public slaveant what would have happened if i said the person i'm living with - Sam (Samantha) - was a man? she said i wouldn't have had to fill out any forms... so it's official, adelaide is the city of choice for low-income homosexuals. good luck with that! do they float?

Yep, it's the BEST body I've ever seen on a Dino... and I've seen more than I can count. The panel fit and shaping is almost PERFECT. It was restored a long time ago (I think more than 10 years but don't have full details), and although it has a few paint blemishes now, it's still STUNNING... I've just done a top end engine rebuild/unleaded conversion, and fixed the brakes and gears.
