Ha ha smarty pants... it was my old clunker Canon Powershot S45, not your fancy Leica C-Lux 1... But I love the C Lux , just use old bessy for work now.
how do we know that's you? if there's anyone that recognises the top of your head, are they going to admit it?
"apart from a Renault Fuego (when new, not clapped out like A26 boy's!)" bloody cheek! thats why the original 'petale' seat was ditched for a peugeot 505 chair. some of us really know our froggy pews...... i'll leave your old foxy boxer for dead mate. just join me on my daily 20k commute to work. No.2 Road runs from the edge of the alcoa mine at anglesea, climbing 1000ft in about 15km, up through pinchgut junction on the aireys inlet bambra road to peters hill tower. ari bloody vatennan's got nothing on me. your boxer would be mortally fractured in the first five minutes. remember entire fuego cost less than a set of spark plugs for bb, happily did 250k return trips to shop on smell of oily rag (once choke blades surgically removed) and is now merrily crashing its way 40k a day on a road that paris-dakar would class as a stage. been getting my jollies lately clambering up and down farkin steep hills in my dog-cock red, 10 tonne mountain goat. some nameless individual decided last sunday night was the perfect time to light up his near vertical block immediately above the great ocean road. rocks and burned out stags promptly tumbled in all directions. due to impending nightmare weather conditions it was given the full monty response. so we got all the shiny kit out and laid a two sector progressive hoselay right around the edge. i got to run the pump on the lot with a pair of three ton tankers supplying me via a 7.5 ton collar tank. all very groovy. now its scorchin' i'm up in the tower. when its clear i swear i can see the dimmey's ball. remember that the smokey bear in the air says: "don't light anything, anywhere, anytime you fackwits" Image Unavailable, Please Login
I got it... his Fuego must have cost less than $39.60... because that's what whole set of 12 BB spark plugs costs... He's a fire fighter/watcher... and he drives a Fuego (French for "Fire")... Sick man... !
the Dino is stunning but the yellow 308 under wraps is speaking to me... 'next carrrr....next carrrrrrr' *cue twilight zone music*
a CLEAN 308 with the 16" hoops and perhaps VERY subtle lowering is a wonderfully hot looking thing will they drop in $$ much more over the next few yrs? would much rather one than a boxster S for a next car
I dont think they will depreciate any more mate. They will hold their own forever now IMO. Just finding and keeping an excellent example will be the key. Go for one. ALOT better looking than a Porker Boxster. Get a Boxster if you want to pick up men in Melbournes Gay Bar district. Very cheap entry level Ferrari I reckon. I want to get one next. 308 or 328. All my mates and my g/f I show the 308 to.......they all tell me it looks crap and I should not buy it. Schmucks!!
Thats just the start ol son. All my friends reckon I should just stick to getting a 360/430 or whatever. A newer Ferrari. Dont go backwards they reckon. Little do they know the 308 is one of the most popular Ferrari's in the world. Well, they do. I tell them all the time. Schmucks!! With a capital S!
it would have to be one of the most recognisable Ferraris of all time and if you do get one get a GTB not a GTS, the sun will rip the hide off you in the Isa GTSs are for poofs anyway, even the F50 is just a fancy hairdresser car, didn't see any F40s without a roof
Totally agree there with ya ol son! Is that why you have one JM?.... Seriously though, I love TS/GTS, but I will always get Ferrrai coupes I think. Keep the sun off my fat head.
if the roof is colour coded i dont mind the targas (308/328/348) but would probably end up just buying the coupe myself.....and then a boxster S for when i wanted to pretend to be a hairdresser
Coloured coded looks best for sure. But I like the coupe more. Dont have to worry about water entry from leaking roof and more noise also from targa tops. Also a little more body flex when it comes to track work.
