incorrect positions affect tyre wear - you can also fit shims for improvement after doing an alignment check - I am not sure myself about cars having any "inherent negative camber" but I am sure pistole knows what he is talking about.

A flagship supercoupe for Toyota. Last fall, on the day before the 2005 Tokyo Auto Show, Toyota assembled a large, international group of auto journalists in the paddock of its newly reopened Fuji Speedway. Then the roar of the Lexus LF-A concept can be heard.500hp V8 engine.3 tail pipes like Ferrari F40!

THE ALL NEW LEXUS LF-A COMING IN 2008.

    expect a US$100,000 price.

The Mercedes Benz SLK coupe debuts in 2008 to battle the BMW Z4 coupe and the Porsche Cayman. The 6.2 litre AMG V8 will likely power an AMG variant.

    Dear Exotic Spotter,

As far as I am concerned your a 19 year old with a healthy interest in cars. On that basis, please join in the chat but as this is not a car spotting site, and many of the chatters are in fact owners and also much much older and have seen, driven and owned many of the cars you mentioned, some chatters (like me) were irked with your over enthusiastic reporting of what you saw every five minutes.

Your uncle's new car sounds nice so why not just post some photos of that and give us some comments after you have reviewed it.

I've heard of shims, haven't seen the real thing but seems that not all shops stock it esp. for Fcars, was told it might be different? I thought it's some metal thing?

Those alignment shops uses Maserati/different Fcar specs for my car & said it's similar but I insisted on using factory specs from the owner's manual but they wouldn't listen & did what they know best from experience. :( Anyway, car goes straight & handles alright now though I haven't pushed her hard since trackday.

Ferrari will boost power in the F430's 4.3-litre V8 to 520hp for the street legal F430 Challenge Stradale arriving in 2007.

Audi R8 joining the exotic-car club. The R8 will compete with the Ferrari F430, the Lamborghini Gallardo and the Porsche 911 Carrera.

SF , you sound like the young doctor I met at porsche world show (was it) some years back at sepang - he was damn enthusiastic and kept talking non stop about what tyres, exhaust, gloves, suit, helmet and a whole litany of accessories, etc etc - he even wore an arms length red driving gloves (a la schumacher) to the track.

Does any one remember this event ? At the end, Dr Mahatir drove a Cayenne and gave it the thumbs up.

One thing about the Dr Mahatir and family - they really like porsches. Our top leaders on the other hand love Toyotas and IS200s. That is so like us Singaporeans eh ? - value for money and reliable.

Mostly for old cars - little metal rings - just order it from any overseas parts supplier and they will put it in an envelope, and you will have it in 2 - 3 days. Try Eurospares website. Maybe if you had a 308 GT4 dino or older car but I seriously doubt if you need it for your car.

Exotic spotter, I'm not ridiculing you. Your posts indicate someone very interested in cars, as I believe, are all of us who visit here.

However, while it is car-related news (better if it is new, not old), this site and thread is about Ferraris. How does information on other cars fit into this thread? It's not a thread for updating news about other cars, or the number of Ferraris spotted.

Surely you would have realised that as enthusiasts ourselves, we would have heard/read/been told about the latest news on Ferrari. Discussions about the latest Ferraris is always welcome.

And, to your credit, you have remained polite in your posts, unlike some other poster who was vulgar, rude...and any adjective that you can think of to describe an unpleasant person. So much so that he/she got banned. And rightly so. Personally, I think he's one-dimensional...

Haze keeping customers away from your stall? No business with selling fans even though it is the best time to do so? Oh dear....guess that's another 2 things you're not very good at.....

There is no intention to ridicule someone for their passion. I reserve that for the very special. And I am happy that the very special continues to come back for more. yay!

And the 599 is a beautiful car, as are all modern Ferraris....even the 456...just kidding...

well said - Bak Chor Mee is definitely not interested in cars - only in cursing and kissing up to rich people's ass, name dropping to crawl beside the rich (because he has no substance himself) and going to tyre shop to drink free coffee -

yes, I love the F 599 - this is a picture of someone driving it (posted before) - can you feel the driver's sheer joy from driving the car ? This is what the Ferrari experience is all about ....

Someone like Bak Chor Mee will sadly never have the capacity to feel these emotions .. he does not understand that having a Ferrari is not to show off but for feeding the soul ... Bak Chor Mee is only interested to boast who he claimed to saw, who he claimed to have met and which rich person he claims to know - I doubt if any of these rich persons will admit to being a friend of his - they'd be ashamed to associate with someone who post the way he does.

Bak Chor Mee simply does not understand that people with true class will never say these things.
