Hello, been telling you to sit back & relax. Maybe I'm old that's why :(

Nobody's mocking you here, if you look @ your posts, you're just too "trigger-happy" & kind of attract wrong attention but at least some are still replying you. I participate in other forums too because those were the cars I was/am interested. It's a good place to learn things & share experiences & of course make friends. Sometimes, the info there can save you a lot of headaches & money as well.

If you venture out of this kopitiam thread & go over the technical side. You'll see owners restoring barn finds to getting help on setting the correct degree of cams from the rest of the world.

You guys are lucky because I bought my first Fcar without even knowing about this forum.

Oh sometimes the laujiao get mocked too! ;)

I was wondering this a few days ago, maybe one of you F-car owners or experts could tell me, are the 'modern' Ferrari's here mostly 6 speed or F1 Transmission? The roads here seem so congested alot of the times, do most newer Ferrari owners opt for one of those options, or is just pretty much even?

    before anyone misunderstands me :)
uncle as in because as compared to others on the board, i feel that my knowledge about cars is really little... so i do respect the lao jiaos.

especially when my other girlfriends all only talk about shopping and spa.... i do love those too... but i love cars as well. esp when its going so fast, my heart just feels like its always in suspense.

and as for why would anyone do that.... i'm not sure if anyone will, so im asking... and if anyone would, i would really be grateful.

    depending on make of car

My 996GT3 had factory adjustable lower arms which allowed up to 2-2.5 degrees of negative camber, most posches require a significant amount of rear camber esp for proper tracksetup. I ran almost -2.5 degrees even for street use.
The RS is current set to street specs, very little rear, almost no negative in the front. Going to change when PSS9s arrives next week.

Other cars like BMWs and Japanese makes often allow you to install camber plates, they look like a little false ceiling on top of your struts. When you pop your engine cover, you can see them with small specific alignment slots. They are good for predetermined camber settings.

In a few weeks, I will have a proper corner weight setup in Singapore. It will have laser sights to predetermine "flatness" of the ground and will be able to measure car ride heights before and after corner weighting specs.
It will be a critical tool in proper corner weights and setting up of suspension.

Based on the info I have posted - such as meeting minutes, etc, its clear that I am an owner - there is only one way to be invited to the meetings - that is as an owner who is a club member - there is also only one way to be a member - that is as a Ferrari owner.

Now this is proper car-talk :)

Oh btw CT, you're getting close. I do serve in a hospital unit ;) wasn't that the official opening of Sepang when Marhatir took his Cayenne around it? Anyway he did had some fun there quite often before.

Hello "wise old man" free to lar-kopi this afternoon or not? Get Fong to come over as well & don't "shoot" my car, wouldn't want to see holes....:) Anyway, think I've found my photographer & small world it is, happened to know his father as well who is a chief in my industry! Hope he doesn't mind I post some of his work here.

How about a pic of your Fcar?

I once saw a rare metallic dark red 360 here, it was the first day of the Ferrari track-day 2yrs ago which i couldn't attend & I thought it's nice to see two Ferraris in town when most have gone north to play.

Normally carry 3-4 golf bags only la. The 7 series can fit 2 + 1 mini set max and no room for bags oledi. Have to do lots of adjustment. For SUV, jus dumped everything in.

Ke Ke , no need to buy Vito.

Why you so against SUV owners. I dont quite like SUV for same reasons but you have to give to them for extra space.

Yap now that the information has surfaced recently, I wonder if the owner will keep it for long. Didn't anyone else order metallic colours? I think the TDF blue is nice too. How Fong, RS fun ride later say 4pm?

It was good but wife kept asking me to slow down & I was trying to catch up with a friend in his 430 who was doing 300+. It can be deadly as well, @ that speed any tiny fault will smash you like a canned food. Yucks.....

The fastest I've ever done was 275km/h & the mirrors were vibrating so badly you can't really see what's behind you. The wind noise & tyres roar was bad too. Some guys here do that kind of speed on a bike!!!! while some do it with the top opened but I bet the fastest guy here has to be Tuck. Twice the speed of sound in an F-16! Now that is freaking fast :)
