Fall's Foliage "Exotics Run" - October 22

i knew it began in an "m" and ended in an "a"

 

i'm not sure if anyone is coming from the manhattan area, but if you are and would like to meet up before heading over to nj i will be meeting a few people at mmc around 7:20 - 40 then heading over from here to edgewater.

 

I joined this forum after hearing about this run on the M3forum. Am I welcome to come w/ my M3? I'm considering getting into my dream car, a F355 before next summer so I'd like to join you members to see your cars, and learn some more so I know what to look for.

 

Have no fear...just checked the new weather model runs as of 10 AM and it still looks dry until Sunday evening. Assembly weather...clear, no wind and cool but still top down ok and perfect leave viewing though a lot down with last night's rain.

With 80+ exotics on this run and 60+ P-cars on the "other" run, this is going to be one helluva hoot. Maybe we can all arrange to stop together once if there is place big enuf at the base of Bear Mtn.

 

Eloquently stated and well advisedor. With 80+ cars on this run and 60+ on another P-car run on maybe the same roads at the same time, an abundance of courtesy is advised ...and it will be great to see you,Ludmilla and Jason and of course Marcello..

 

Follow the rules as stated by several other drivers on this thread (see Ludmilla's recent posts, within two or three of this post), and you are most welcome.

FYI: There are 3 huge Fall Foilage runs this Sunday.

"Exotic Run" 100 cars, "Porsche Foliage Run" 60 cars and "Corvette's Foilage Run" 50 cars.

The Vette run is out to Long Island North Fork Wineries.

 

Wow... Christmas has come early for the 5-0. Let's hope we give them NO GIFTS.

You're the man Matt! Thanks, but I'm going to pass on this run. I'll be out on the next run in the 355, and if all goes well, I'll get the TR fixed before next summer.

Thanks Ludmilla for allowing me to ride with you and Marcello Hopefully I'll join you both next time with one of my girls.

 

Thank you, and all rules will be followed. I went to a m3forum meet at the begining of the summer and a young guy showing off his GT3 rear ended an M3, not a good day for both drivers. Looking foward to meeting you members. Is anyone leaving or passing by Staten Island and want to drive together?

And as far as excluding me from the list, I guess you're only listing the $80,000 and up cars

 

I have decided to leave the Boxer at home and will bring the Veyron instead.

 

At around 11am, Nip, Jawad, Jon and myself will be breaking off and leading the "Party Pooper Trooper" Run through Warren, NJ.

 

I believe there were more cars last time and we fit without a problem. It's a fairly large lot.

 

Don't worry about the list - Hovik is having so many entries from many other forums that he won't be able to keep it fully updated. Last night he told me about braking 100 number. It's very close to the number from the last run. And that time we took only 1/3 of the lot - plenty of room.

 

So, I might come out and play with you- can somebody pm me with the details? thanks. HOvic- howz yer head?
