Ohh **** SLR. Vanuqish was heading west on Broadway, towards Arbutus. Did you see it around 9:30 approx? I was leaveing the Fitness World at Arbutus/Broadway, when I spotted the Vanquish.
I think once the date is set. You might have some more interest. Although it is kind of the wrong time of year to put something like this on....but it should be fun if a few guys show up!
This is true. Surely a meet this Spring will have more attendants. But, why not? If a few guys show up to share a drink, take pictures, and meet fellow enthusiasts, it will all be worth while.
its going to rain alot now so there will not be so maney nice cars out the next thing im looking forward to is the Vancouver 2007 bc place car show
http://www.milestonesrestaurants.com/no3road.html We are meeting at the Milestones Restaurant for a late lunch @ 1:00 PM. Then we'll go somewhere for pictures. A cruise seems doubtful.
Is that the restaurant on the 2nd floor with the parkade behind for parking? I was kinda ok leaving the 348 there while in for dinner one night, but probalby one of the higher risk parking spots I've tried (highest risk parking was probably the parkade in Surrey for a 1/2 day). If dry I'd still take the 348 there, I'd jjust make sure to park behind you Todd
I've actually never been there. I figured a Richmond parkade would be okay, but the boys at 6speed quickly informed me otherwise as well. We are now thinking of meeting somewhere North, maybe SFU, then commuting down to the Milestones in White Rock together. We don't HAVE to eat at Milestones of course, but it was recommended and I don't know too many places here, as I am new to the area. But it's something everyone would like I think. Any better ideas of where to meet closer to Vancouver before our treck down south?
Meeting somewhere in North/West Van would be cool...then a cruise to White Rock. If I take my bike, I can mount my tank camera on so I can get moving shots of everyone.
