I was at Penske-Wynn Ferrari in Las Vegas today looking at a 360 to go with my F430 Coupe...I was shocked to see F430 Spider prices at $360K. I was there in late June and prices were in the $315K range. They had one F430 Coupe (yellow) on the floor with carbon-ceramic rotors and racing seats (very nice) but I didn't check the price. The 360 with after market exhaust and wheels that I looked at was $199K. For folks who have gotten in on f-cars, even at the crazy mark-ups we saw just 2-3 months ago, it looks like we probably got a deal in retrospect...who would've thunk it?

Steve I was there today too. Are you referring to the BLK 360 F1 with the BLK HRE wheels? Did you see the red 430 spider with BLK interior as well? Great color combo.

I'd be very curious as to what they actually sell for.

Yep, it was the black 360 with the HRE's. It has red inserts and red contrast stitching on the interior. I didn't expect to like it, but I actually thought it was a great looking car. Still trying to decide whether to get it or not though. I did see the red spider...nice car. I was also looking for a red coupe with black interior for my business partner but they only had the yellow coupe on the floor.

As for what the cars are actually selling at...who knows? My salesperson said that the longest a car sits on the floor is about 12 weeks. He also made it sound like they are getting what they're asking...but only the buyers and Penske-Wynn know for sure.

Steve it is of my opinion that they are far overpriced. You could do far better somewhere besides there. Call Steve Harris in Salt Lake City. Only 6 hours further, and 100k less.

    Steve,

They do sell their cars quickly. We bought our 360 from them about 3 weeks ago. We went to visit the dealership this past weekend when you were there. Turns out, by a quick glance downstairs where they keep their cars, at least 10 cars weres sold. And that is not an overstatement. They do somehow move their cars.

As for their prices being too high, it's simply an asking price. They originally listed our car at $159K. But when it came time, we got it for quite a bit less.

If you do like the BLK 360, then talk to Anthony Mendoza and tell them Jimmy with the Yellow 360 sent you. He is by far the easiest, passionate, and friendliest Ferrari sales person I've met anywhere.

    Goodluck.

That is pretty high. I have an '06 430 F1 Spyder for sale for $310....that seems like a bargain compared to them....and since its a private sale, there is no sales tax.

The sticker on my 06 Spider was a nick under $270k. The one at $280k may have been a "stripper" -- any reasonably equipped Spider is stickered in the $250k range, so I would be surprised at a sale below $300k.
