    Once the accidental byproduct of Weber carburators and tangled steel tubes, now a true legendary masterpiece, known all over the world. What do you think is the best sounding Ferrari engine.

    My vote is...the 360 Challenge Stradale. Absolutely mesmerizing and shocking the first time you hear, greatest ever from a road car that I've heard. I'd listen to that over a "real song" any day.

    F50 GT1...12 cylinders at 10 grand. Most manic car I've ever heard.

    For me, it's the 365 GTC/4 - there's just something about this particular car which sounds better than all the others.

    The 365GTC/4 is by far the best sounding road Ferrari IMHO as well as that of most others that have heard one...

    I have only ever heard 1 Ferrari in person. Thats my 348. :p
    I love the 348 engine note. I have heard them all on the computer........BUT computer speakers dont do these cars justice I think. :)

    I have to say that the BEST street Ferrari I have ever heard was here in San Jose. There is a 348 here with a Capristo on it (not sure if it has test pipes) and it is probably the sweetest sound coming out of a Ferrari I have ever heard.

    Street: Scaledetails' 348 spider. What do you have on that car, Stephane?

    Track: David Livingston's 1969 312 F1 (with 1968 engine) at Pacific Raceway in Kent, WA, echoing through the evergreens. (I believe someone else now owns the car.)

    Gotta go with the 360 Challenge Stradale as well.
    The first time I heard the roar of one speeding past me was what inspired me to find out more about that car, and started my obsession with exotic cars

    I have to say i love the sound of the 348 competizione...or the Challenge Stradale...or 355....or any Ferrari ever made!

    I like the testarossa sound but to me it sounds like a Muscle car and the one I saw driving around wasn't a replica either.
