This sucks only 18 hours after delievery Included in the cost of every Koenigsegg CCX is the tuition for a high performance driving school. One owner decided to opt out of the school and subsequently wrecked his brand new CCX within 18 hours of taking delivery. The nephew of one of the owners of H&M (a store that sells high end clothing at economical rates) attempted to pass another vehicle, moved into the oncoming lane, lost control and spun, colliding with a garbage truck. All told, no major injuries were sustained, but egos have been bruised indefinitely. Thanks for the tip, Matt and Rocket Push! [Sources: Sportbilen.se and Aftonbladet, autoblog.com]

Couple corrections, The koeniggsegg isnt Italian, its swedish and therefore has this crash been discussed here: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=125737 Owner did not opt out of driving school, he was going to the driving school but had not yet had the time. heck the car was still in the stores name, and insurances, and as you said, he had had the car for only 18 hours. H&M doesn't sell high end clothing (well, atleast in my oppinnion), but yes trendy clothing at economical rates. -Nicke-
The car used to belong to a Norwegian/Pakistan dude who's into the tyre business, he had the car on a racetrack a couple of months ago and he spun out in "every" curve, and was begged by the factory to sell the car, cus he gave them a "bad name".
Spinning out on every corner.. now is that his fault or the cars. Thats debatable. Its not exactly a "master of cornering"... bkz:Tiffs Review the Koenigsegg
