Aussie Ferrari Spotters Thread??

Yep, they're inside and didn't look to be going anywhere, though it's possible they were due to be moved today I guess - but they weren't there Saturday evening, and it'd be odd to go to all that trouble putting them there for just one business day.
The 360 and G are pointing inwards with their arses against the glass fronting St George's Terrace. QP was facing SGT(ish), and I didn't get a good enough look at the other thing(s).

 

I dont think Im allowed to say yet!! hahaha. Its part of the N Series and afew numbers up from N91.

 

what colour is the Gallardo? Did it have plates?

Didn't stop to look properly, only saw from 30-40m away as I was walking past. I didn't notice what the plates were but I think there were some attached to all the cars. Gallardo was black or some other very dark colour, QP looked like it was gunmetal, 360 was *gasp* red, and there was at least one other thing that I couldn't see well enough to identify (got an oldish and long-nose vibe, maybe Daytona but could've easily been a Corvette or something), but it was red too.

they just had it on the ch10 news. they just made GPS phones sound like something new! HP's had it for a couple of years already.

 

It sure is. Ill get one when they are available. Im due for a new mobile. I have the 6600 still. Im not the biggest fan of the slide out keypad.........but yeah. I had the 1st 7650 also. Still do. The rest of this phone kicks ass! 16mill colours, 5mp camera, GPS, radio, 160mb. Sold.

I would be amazed if it weren't possible to successfully contest that (without "contest" necessarily implying going to court etc which is clearly not worthwhile for a parking ticket).

 

agreed, same thing happened to me 17 years ago when I stopped to help following an accident between bike and car, cops arrived, saw my car on the corner and yell out if the owner doesn't move it the car will get a ticket.

I was up to my wrists in blood trying to stop the bleeding in the bikers arm and yelled "it's mine, why don't you come here and I'll move it ?"

with everyone looking at the git he got the idea and moved on.

sometimes commonsense will prevail, send a letter stating the circumstances and I'm sure it will be waived.

Not sure how much longer they'll be there, looked as though there were people in there specifically looking at'em when I walked past around 1930ish so I guess they may be moved out overnight, but if not I'd assume photo ops will abound tomorrow during the day.

 

Now I know whats going on.

Marques 250 is a new "time-share" thingy that has started here in Perth, basically for an annual fee you get a certain amount of usage of all these cars without having to worry about depreciation, insurance etc.

The guy who started it has contacted me about using some of my photos for his advertising, hence the reason I know about it.
