Difficult to say from just a picture. Quite possibly it looks fabulous in the flesh.

Any color except red, yellow or white.

I like the brownish color of the ex Steve McQueen Lusso very much. Today owned by mr Regalia (on Fchat regaliaconcours).

I always wondered about the car´s stiffness. Those A- and C-pillars are unbelievably thin. Would that in anyway add to a flexing bodywork?

If that green is a metallic, then I'll bet it is Pinot Verde which is not my favorite on a Ferrari, but as GTE states it is better than yellow or red.

I like Silver, or Dark blue on many of the Classic Ferrari's as these flatter the body lines rather than high contrast colors.

PS - McCoy please stop taking photos and turning them at extreme angles, these are unnerving and although I know that you're just trying to add energy to the picture, it really doesn't work. Invest in a wide angle lens and position the car at an angle for a more pleasing result as you have done in your third photo.

I agree 100% with GTE. I too like the brown one. I've actually seen one other in brown, the understated color really brings out the lusso's lines!

No red, no white, no yellow. But then I think that applies to most F-cars...

The colour looks somewhat awkward on a Ferrari, but it works for me on a Lusso. Would work even better on 2+2 Ferrari's, from 330 GT 2+2 right up to 456/612. I've seen this color on a 328 as well. Now, that is something different.

I had two reds, a sliver and a silver-blue. The red Lussos won hands down. An earlier post referenced the McQueen Lusso. The night I was introduced to him, we were at the Chez Club in West Hollywood where Buddy Rich was appearing. The McQueen Lusso was parked at the curb on Santa Monica Blvd in front of the club. Very impressive.

Works for me, but I also like very dark blue with red interior

I love Ferraris in "unconventional" colors....as long as they're factory colors.

If you think the Lusso looks good in any color, look at this one. I took this picture in 1972 at Seattle International Raceway. Is that an original color?

I'd love to have Marcel (or any other expert) ID this Lusso. This picture shows that it had Washington license plate OMA896, if that helps at all.

Your last picture of the blue Lusso is just BEAUTIFUL!
