Not too worry. It's temporary. Never quite liked it enough to want to keep it. The CS is much more fun.
When I asked a fellow fchatter a similar question-which did he like driving more, the F430 or 360CS and why. He said the 430 'rapes' the 360CS in everyway! A way better car and alot faster! Alot more fun than the 360CS. He owns both of them, but is in the process of selling the CS. Everyone is different of course. Do you just enjoy driving the CS more? Its nice to hear owners comments on these cars. I want a 430 in the future, but I may consider a CS as I think they will be quite collectable in the future. Ill see what happens when the time comes.
I track the CS and I'll take on anyone in a F430. On the track weight is the enemy and the 430 is a pig compared to the CS. The 430 is a really competent sports car, but it is simply not as nimble or fast on the track as the lighter CS. The CS also comes with better tires and I really enjoy the sense of being really close to the road. As for the 430 raping the CS, someone has been watching too much S&M
!!! Amazing! Thanks Let's see, Daytona Spider?, F430, E-Type, XK1#0, .. what are the two in the far back right and the one on the far left?
From L to R 1957 Ferrari 410 Superamerica Series II 1971 365 GTS/4 Daytona Spyder 2006 F430 1961 XKE OTC 1953 XK120 DHC 1957 300SL Gullwing 1961 300 SL Roadster BTW the F430 is gone.... It was a little too "mass production" for the others
Great collection of exotics!! Thats where the CS would come into its own as far as exclusivity goes.......
Thanks! You have amazing taste too, minus a C1 Corvette, my entire Top 10 list of cars is in your garage! Sure there are people out there with more cars and more money but if you are looking just at the beauty of them I haven't seen any that could beat yours!
Correct mate, not a lot of LHD in OZ, the Jag and RX8 have been sold since these pics were taken so my collection is small.
Maaann... here is the pot calling the kettle black, didn't I see a dirty 348 interior in another post somewhere here?, with some lame excuse about your brother leaving the window down. Now if all your posts were highly informative I wouldn't say anything but.... LOL. Regards, Vern
Well...........vern. I went there yesterday to pull the 348 out of the garage(to take some pics) and the drivers door was left ajar and the batt was flat because the interior light was on. He left the door open again like a dickweed. If you dont know, Mount Isa is very dry and is basically a big dust bowl. No grass anywhere as we have strict water restrictions. I wash my 348 once a week, which ive stated on here many times before, to get all the dust off the car. Not because its dirty, its just covered in dust. You should see the dash and driver side door trim at the moment. Dusty. Dust gets in everywhere here. I pushed it out and snapped some pics yesterday. I was going there today to start the car, then wash and polish to take the car for drive, but at the moment its 4.11pm and around 40 degrees celcius. So Ill take it for a drive tomorrow morning. Anything else you want to know........?
